Why are bulk orders not covered by the fulfillment guarantee?

Bulk orders may include many types of products, different products have different fulfillment times. Or 1 order including 30+ pcs of products / 1 order over $300 total amount . Meanwhile, we can't make sure your bulk order will exceed our daily capacity or not.

Under these conditions, we can't provide a fulfillment guarantee for your orders. However, you can contact us at report@popcustoms.com if you need us to provide you with an estimated fulfillment time for your bulk order.
