How to transfer your existing orders for products designed at other suppliers to POPCUSTOMS for production?

We use Etsy orders in the video tutorial below to show the process step by step.
First, please make sure your store is already connected with POPCUSTOMS. If you have connection problems, please refer to our Integration Tutorial.
Step 1: Open the Stores page
Click "go to dashboard" to open the "Stores" page, click "settings" for the store, remove the tick for "Automatically remove orders which designs not created on POPCUSTOMS", and click "Confirm" to save the change. https://popcustoms.com/stores/

Step 2: Find the order on the On hold page
Click "Orders" to open the "On hold" page and find the order that needs to be connected.
Step 3: Connect the design
Click "Connect this design" -> "Products", search for the corresponding product, select the attributes ordered by the customer, and click "Connect and design". Then upload your images to design the product and click "Connect and design" in the top right corner to save it. If you have already created this design on POPCUSTOMS, click "My designs" to select it.


Note 1: The attributes cannot be changed after the design is created, so please make sure you select the correct one before clicking "Connect and design".
Note 2: For "If you check the box, all orders of designs with the same SKU will also be automatically connected," here is an example. If you receive an order for a "14 inch School Backpack", create the design on POPCUSTOMS, and it is assigned the exclusive POPCUSTOMS SKU "7W0QQK2W-1", then the next time you receive another order for the same "14 inch School Backpack", we will automatically connect that order to your finished design. You will see it on the "On hold" page and only need to submit and pay.

Step 4: Confirm the connection and pay
Check the product attributes again, click "Confirm connection", then select the shipping method and pay for the order.
