What Are Order SKU Match Rules?

SKU Match Rules allow you to link your store SKUs to POPCUSTOMS design variants, enabling automatic order matching. This feature is especially useful for transferred orders, helping reduce repetitive manual work.

What Does It Do?

Once a SKU match rule is created, POPCUSTOMS will automatically match future orders with the same SKU to the corresponding design variant.

Common use cases:

• Transferred orders
• Store SKUs that differ from POPCUSTOMS SKUs
• Custom SKU naming conventions
• Reducing repetitive manual product matching

How to Create a SKU Match Rule?

Method 1: Create Automatically (Recommended)

When an order item cannot be matched automatically, open the Connect Design window:

• Select the correct design variant
• Check Save as an auto-connect rule
• Click Connect

A SKU match rule will be created automatically. Future orders from the same store using the same SKU will be matched automatically.

Method 2: Create Manually

Go to: Orders → SKU Match Rules

Click Add Rule to create a SKU Match Rule between your store SKU and a POPCUSTOMS design variant.

Manage SKU Match Rules

All manually created and automatically generated SKU Match Rules can be managed in Orders → SKU Match Rules.

You can view, edit, or delete existing rules at any time.
