Troubleshooting Guide on POPCUSTOMS’ Design Maker Usage

We use web 3D technology, so there are some requirements for the device and browser. Here is the troubleshooting guide:

  1. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome. If Chrome is already up to date, you should not see the warning below.

If updating Chrome does not solve the problem, continue with the next checks.

  1. Check other mockups of the same product and see whether they have the same issue, such as designs not showing up or loading delays.

  1. Visit chrome://gpu and make sure you see "Rasterization: Hardware accelerated on all pages" and "WebGL: Hardware accelerated". It is even better if "WebGL2: Hardware accelerated" is also enabled. To enable Rasterization, visit chrome://flags/, enable "GPU rasterization", and restart the browser.
