Can I edit my design after I save it?

If you are not satisfied with your design after saving it, you can use this edit design feature to correct it instead of designing a new one from scratch.

You can use this feature only when:

  1. The design didn't sync to your store.
  2. The design didn't submit as a Design-Plus ever.
  3. There are no orders in production or pending payment for this design.
  4. The design is designed after Aug. 1st.

Note: If you have synced the design to your store, you have to delete it and sync it again to update the design.

Please follow the steps below if you need to edit your design.

Step 1: Edit the design

Go to My Designs to find the design, then click the Edit design button.

You can also click the design and open the design detail page. There is an Edit design button there as well.

Step 2: Save the design

After editing, click Save As New to save it as a new design in Dashboard -> My Designs, or click Update to replace the original design.

Note: If this design already has an order in processing, the new design cannot replace the existing one.
